Folder/Sealers are used to seal one-piece mailers —no water or heat required! Pressure seal is perfect for almost any form of business communication that can be printed on a single page. When passed through a pressure folder/sealer, cohesive patterns on special pressure seal forms will adhere only to each other.  A secure "envelope" will be formed that is pre-addressed and ready to mail.  We carry the widest variety of pressure seal machines available from three leading manufacturers.

Formax Folder Inserters

Folder/Inserters are used to fold business documents and insert them into envelopes. The tedious task of folding and inserting is made easy, making more time for other valuable tasks. We offer several models with processing speeds of 2,200 to 4,300 pieces per hour.  Jobs can be pre-programmed and named allowing for one touch set-up for reoccurring or frequent mailings. Our advanced models feature Optical Mark Recognition to selectively insert fillers or the verify proper number of pages are inserted for each document.

Our Certex 3200 electronic check signer can provide many of the security benefits of a locking, mechanical check signer while adding the valuable benefit MICR printing on secure blank checks. For those requiring a color signature, crash imprinting or the security of removable signature plates, we offer three rugged check signers from Formax that can handle virtually any check signing requirement.
