Continuous Form Decollators

Decollators separate multi-ply, continuous forms prior to bursting.

The Formax FD 524 floor model "A" frame decollator separates two-part forms in a single pass. Multipart forms can be processed by processing them multiple times. Carbon interleaved or carbonless forms can be processed with variable speed up to 450 feet per minute.

The Formax FD 590 Series multi-station industrial decollator can be expanded to trim and separate up to six part forms at speeds up to 475 feet per minute. Tractor feed, margin slitters and safety jog switches are included for high performance decollating.
