Six popular folds are clearly marked on the fold plates for quick set-up. Adjustments can also be made to process unique custom folds. The unique telescoping output stacker and optional Multi-Sheet Feeder give the Formax FD340 unmatched output ability and added folding versatility. The output stacker can hold up to 500 folded documents. This enables operators to fill the in-feed hopper and let it completely run out before removing folded documents for most applications. The multi-sheet feeder gives the Formax FD-340 the ability to fold up to three stapled or unstapled sheets of 20# paper in one pass. Flexible: The Formax FD 340 is capable of processing paper up to 17” in length and up to 11” in width giving it the flexibility to process a variety of paper lengths and widths. The ability to customize jobs allows operators to fold in virtually any configuration that only requires two folds. Cross folding adds to the 340’s flexibility allowing for additional folds in a second pass. The optional semi-automatic multi-sheet feeder system enables operators to process stapled and unstapled sets of pre-collated documents with up to three 20# sheets.
Accurate: Self centering side guides and a skew adjuster ensure that paper is loaded and feeds squarely into the folder. Fine tuning knobs on the fold plates allows the user to precisely set the fold position.
Operator Friendly: Pre-marked fold settings and a centrally located control panel makes for easy set-up and operation.
